Can I return my order?
Yes, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order you can return within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.
All products must be unused, in their original packaging and labels attached.
Postage is to be paid by the buyer. Please used a tracked service as The Urban Kitty are not held responsible for any loss or damages caused, during return.
